Information related to our products
Afflu Vision and Afflu Ignite are deployed on-premises or at the edge within customer environments. Video feeds and operational data processed by our software are governed by the data processing agreements with each customer — not by this policy. We do not have access to your camera feeds unless you explicitly share them with us for support purposes.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to demo requests and sales inquiries

- Schedule and run pilots and deployments

Data residency & on-premises deployments
Our products are designed to process data close to the source. For on-premises and edge deployments:
- Video data is processed locally on your hardware
- Raw video feeds do not need to leave your environment
- Event logs, alerts, and evidence bundles can be stored entirely within your infrastructure
- Data retention policies are configurable per deployment
When you request cloud-connected features, the specific data flows will be detailed in your deployment agreement and data processing addendum.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information including:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
- Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly
- Portability: Request your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format
