We do not use your information to train AI models. We do not sell your information to third parties.

04

Data residency & on-premises deployments

Our products are designed to process data close to the source. For on-premises and edge deployments:

  • Video data is processed locally on your hardware
  • Raw video feeds do not need to leave your environment
  • Event logs, alerts, and evidence bundles can be stored entirely within your infrastructure
  • Data retention policies are configurable per deployment

When you request cloud-connected features, the specific data flows will be detailed in your deployment agreement and data processing addendum.

05

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers: We work with trusted vendors for CRM, email communication, and website analytics. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and may only process it as directed by us.

Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Afflu, our customers, or others.

Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

With your consent: We may share information in other ways if you have explicitly consented.
